昼は、（生）荻窪ラーメン(…タチバナ製麺)を作った。　　あの藁のような？！ 匂いがする麺であった、ちょっと嬉しい。　　たくさんあったが味を確かめつつ食べてたら、あっという間に平らげていた。　　可もなく不可もなく、これが”荻窪ラーメン”の骨頂なのだろう？！。　　なぜか、デザートのコーヒーが飲みたくなるところが、にゃんとも奥ゆかしくて素晴らしい。　　夜は、蛤と大根、分葱のお澄まし、〆鯖。　　蛤から滲出した青白いものにある塩分で塩梅が微かにしょっぱい、またやってしまった。

♯♭♪ (*^.^*) ：　Muhal Richard Abrams 1 2 3 4/ The Hearinga Suite/ 120 103-2　♪　♪ : 　　　　それぞれ趣の異なる7曲からなる組曲風、しっかりしたスコアーに従いM・R・エイブラムスの指揮で演奏、フリー･フォームは何処にも見あたらず。　　演奏は4名（Tp）、2名（Tb）、1名（Btb）、2名（Flt）、2名（Cl,Bcl）、2名（Reed）、１名（Cello）、１名（B）、1名（Prc）、1名（Ds）、1名（P,Cnd）、の大編成オーケストラ。　　低音ホーンの咆哮、弾むように開始する、グロッケンシュピールが”魔法使いの弟子”を思わせるメロディーを奏でます、ホーンの流れるようなメロディー、目眩くブラスユニゾンで活発な章は終わります。　　M・R・エイブラムスのピアノが深い思惟の綴りを奏でます。　　シャワシャワと沸き立つような合成音、木管との不思議な研ぎ澄まされたサウンドを提出。　　ざわめきがあり、行進曲風のドラムの助奏、やがてクラリネットの明快なヨロコビの歌、ホーンに受け継がれ、ピアノでも歌われ、厳かな夕陽の中に姿を隠します。　　シンセサイザーの薄灰紫憂愁が降りてきます、やがて激しく歓喜に悶えはじめます。　　分厚い管弦サウンドはとても魅惑に満ちた空間を構築します。　　ゆっくりしたテンポ、穏やかなアンサンブルはとても心地良く、心に染み渡ります。　　ビブラホンが明るいメロディーを提示、トランペットが引き継ぎ展開します、分厚いブラスアンサンブルは激しく自由に変容する助奏に見えます、チェロがたっぷりと歌います。　　バリトンサックスが歌います、あっという間に分厚いアンサンブルの助奏が突き上げ、とても魅惑に満ちたバスクラリネット、トロンボーンのバトルが繰り広げられます、リズム部門は、4ビートで推進力を打ち出します。　　チェロが卓抜なカデンツァを奏でます、消え入るようなアンサンブルのコーダで終わります。　　とても魅力的なサウンドです、チェロがメロディーを奏で、ゆっくりした優しい憂愁のアンサンブルが助奏します、リードに受け継がれますますチャーミングなモロディーに変身します。　　卓抜な統制のアンサンブルの演奏はこのアルバムを最も印象づける部分。　　そして、残り香を置いて消え入るように終わります。　　Muhal Richard Abrams（P,Tyth）、A.
