モザレラ･バッファロー（ナチュラルチーズ）イタリア産/MOZZARELLA DI BUFALA CAMPANAを試す。　　花咲く草原に静かに佇みこちらを凝視するバッファローが描かれている、袋に水と一緒に入っていた。　　酒種発酵のムッチリ食パンに載っけて、サラミスライス、”荒れ地栽培”の濃厚トマトなどと交互に口に運ぶ。　　パサパサ、しっとりとした真っ白、口に入れた暫くはほとんど味がせず、好感が興る。　　CHATEAU VIEUX CEDRE MONTAGNE ST-EMILION 1994は、渋くて懐が広くかつ深くてうまい。　　サラミが深い味わいがありとてもうまい。

 ♯♭♪ (*^.^*) ：　Charlie Haden 1 2 3 4/ Closeness Duets　♪　♪ : 　　　　全曲、Ｃ・ヘイデンの曲、縁の4人とのデュオの第一弾。　　Ellen David（9:12）、K・ジャレットの軽薄感はいつもより抑制された印象、だが相変わらずな・多弁な無意味の音列の轍は悲しい、希望・展望が無い。　　サウンドの背後にキック！が見あたらない、覇気が尻込みしている、屹立しない。　　冷めた・決して熱くもなれず・爆発できない・煮え切らない・青緑のプリンの廃墟の連なり、なじめない叙情性がたらたらと流れて消えていく。　　O.C.（9:28）、O・コールマン（As）の飄々・のびのび溌剌・生き生きとしたフリー・フォームブローイング。　　喜々としてヨロコビを隠しきれぬ。　　人生根源の讃歌のようでさえあると期待はパンパンになる。　　ギュイーンと反り返り飛翔し、悠々と自由に振る舞うありようは、全世界の不都合・閊えを一切構わず捨棄し退ける。　　フレキシブルな展開・展望・期待・希望を生起させる。　　いそいそと出かける気世話さを想わせる、落ちついた素早いピチッカート、実に楽しそうに軽快なフットワークだ。　　For Turiya（12:24）、Alice Coltone（Harp）はゆっくりと湖畔を進む、カラマツの荒野を降りてきた風の起こす、さざ波に喚起される激情は無い。　　Ｃ・ヘイデンは、訥々とピチッカートを紡ぐ、くすんだ褐色の匂い・ローズマリーの狂おしい芳醇な揮発性を吸い、微かに打ち震える。　　とても長く感じた一日の繰り返し、あの遠い日々を回想しているようである。　　とりわけ情熱が這い上がりそよぐことなく、ひとつひとつ確かめ労っているのさ。　　For a Free Portugal（7:55）、アンゴラの革命情勢を直に反映した、生々しいサウンドが挿入されている。　　さまざまな魅力的な、楽器・リトゥル・インストルメントが登場する、ヒューマンなサウンドである。　　些か戸惑いを感じる己を己が試している。　　Ｐ・モチアンは、ここでは標準的なドラムを一切使わない。　　覇権を聳やかす者達への憐憫を込めたピチッカートで始まり、現地での歌、銃撃戦のサウンドは背景にある。　　ピチッカートは、何かを悼むかのように、頭を垂れ世界中の悲嘆を背に受け突っ伏しそうに見える。　　C.
