パサパサ、しっとりとした真っ白、口に入れた暫くはほとんど味がせず、好感が興る。　　CHATEAU VIEUX CEDRE MONTAGNE ST-EMILION 1994は、渋くて懐が広くかつ深くてうまい。　　サラミが深い味わいがありとてもうまい。　　　たぶん低気圧のせいだろう、頭がガンガンする。　　垂れ込めた雲間から『サッ……！！』と白い光輝が射し、みるみる間に灰色と対比する明るい島を作る。　　寒と暖の前線が数千メートルの上空ですばらしい速度で上昇と下降を繰り出し、螺旋状の旋回と摩擦を行ってるに相違ない。
