びっしり葦が繁茂、あちこちで波紋が生まれ、ゆっくり流される。　　強い陽射し、水面からの照り返し、逃れる陰は見あたらず。　　見上げる強固な・疎ましい、途方もない大きさの石橋、陽の射し込まない下は暗く、何かが潜行し良からぬ企みに耽っている。　　目を凝らすと、キラッ！！、偶に銀鱗が鈍く反射した。　　誰かの釣り竿が、ピク！ピク！動き、スーッ・スーッ何かに引っ張られ川の真ん中を進んでいた。　　ひどく驚き、呆気にとられ、人知れず畏れをなした。

♯♭♪ (*^.^*) ：　Marion Brown 1 2 3/  Live in Japan　♪　♪　♪ : 　　　　ジャケットは、赤錆色、眼光鋭く演奏中。　　November Cotton Flower（15:36）、デイブ・バレル（P）とベースのサポートでゆっくり始まる。　　リード（M.Brown,As）はしっとりしたお湿りを含み、夏草の朝露が横殴りの朝陽でキラキラ輝き、靄が流れ風が起こる田園風景を連想させる。　　La Placita（17:51）、気怠いゆったりしたボーカルで開始、吹っ切れた静謐に包まれた音空間、思わず我を忘れさせるほど、のびのびしている。　　　　Angel Eyes/Hurry Sundown（11:10）、リードのしっかりした思惟でグングン推進する、言い淀んだような余韻は独特。　　吹っ切れた飄々と淡々と悪びれないピアノは、電気ピアノに変わり、ベルで終わる。　　Sunshine Road（13:09）、リードの速いシンプルなテーマの提出、実にストレートで颯爽としている。　　電気ピアノの滑らかな屈託のない、さらりとした演奏も好ましい。　　Africa（13:21）、ゆっくりしたベースソロで開始、ベルなどのリトル・インストゥルメントが地平に拡がる荒野を連想させ、実に好ましい。　　ベースのボーイング、スピリッツ溢れる速いテンポの新しい展開、明快なテーマを繰り返す。　　M.
