サンマの丸干し、ウナギの肝焼き、小茄子、トマトで遅い夕食。　　サンマの丸干しはいつも見かけるわけではなく、ごくたまに棚に出現する、出会ったときはきっと入手する。　　黒と青、銀の長身は綺麗で見事である。　　焙るとぐっと反り返る、『フフッ！……』うまそうだ、焼けた皮がパチンッ…*！、とはち切れる。　　スダチをチュッ！とやり、朝陽のようにやさしく朝露の清冽なキックを確かめる。　　あえかな高雅なホロ苦みがすばらしい。　　あんなにあった脂がきれいに消え去って おり、”ホクホク”、”ホッコリ”、”しっかり”した食感がありがたい。
