何かを手に入れると同時に何かを失う、この自然界の鉄則に照らし、感謝の気持ちで美味しさを、しみじみ噛みしめる。　　冬野菜をタップリ、出来るだけ素に近い状態で食べたいと思いたつ。　　”紫にんじん”、大根、里芋、玉葱入りのスープ風を作る。　　鍋の底で大きく広がり蘇生した、限りなく黒に近い褐色のもの、”昆布”と”あごだし”のパックで出汁を摂搾取する。　　”飛び魚”の姿のままの干物を食し、そして粉末でない干物で、一度・きっと汁を取り原点を知っておきたいものだ。　　丸顔のとても大きな目を画像でのみ知っているが、これではイメージが浮かばない、いつもパックを投入するときに寂しさを覚える。　　ポイントはそれぞれが食べやすい程よい大きさ・形を保ち、それぞれの味・風味を失わず、柔らかすぎずいい歯応えであること、出来るだけシンプルで優しい滋味が味わえること。　　砂糖、薄口醤油、科学調味料は目分量。　　里芋から灰汁が出る、そして吹きこぼれ易い。　　大根おろしを作る、青首大根の首を切り落とし、ゴシ！ゴシ！・グリ～＊グリ～＊。　　黄緑色のふんわりした透明感のあるのが出来た。　　美しさに見とれつつ、小鉢からズズイッ…＊！、と戴く。　　醤油味中心の絶妙でもある美味しさ。
