タラバガニを焼いた。　　ぶつ切りのパックから焼きごたえのあるボリウムの足を選び、グリルで焼く。　　青白い体液が流れ出している。　　淡泊なカマスと同じく、焼くよりは、焙るようであらねばならぬ。　　パリパリした歯ごたえ、カルシウムの焦げた香ばしい薫りを食す。　　外すのに疲れた。　　一方は鍋にする。　　ジンジンした爛熟、豊満、喚起、滋味が精妙に浸みわたり、行き渡りさざめく瞬間があり、しばらく体中がホクホクと饗宴する。　　外殻の惨憺に、心がいささか荒む。
